ANDRONOOS (Alejandro Cano Ríos) is a Colombian contemporary artist based in Medellín. His practice centers on painting, with oil as his primary medium, exploring intimacy, memory, and emotional presence through symbolic and figurative imagery.

Working across large-scale canvases and smaller formats, his work expands into printmaking and sculptural objects, where recurring characters and personal references function as a long-term visual language rather than isolated motifs.

ANDRONOOS has exhibited during Miami Art Week in 2021 with Good To Know and in 2022 with Clandestina Was Here, under the curatorial direction of Nuria Richards. His work is held in international private collections.

He currently focuses on developing his body of work through painting, limited editions, and ceramic pieces, with a projection toward exhibition spaces, residencies, and institutional contexts.
